The CASY103A aluminum module features one hole to fit a D-size connector. This flexible structure for system integration & connectivity can easily be implemented in a wide variety of CASY chassis. The choice of aluminum for these blind plates has a couple of advantages compared to their steel counterparts. Aluminum is much lighter than steel and therefore only adds a little extra weight to a CASY configuration. These blind plates are ideal for quickly modifying and adding custom cut-out holes due to their softer material.
